What is a Children's Centre?
Sure Start Children's Centres are one-stop-shops for children under 5 and their families - a place where lots of different things happen under one roof.
In a children's centre you can:

Get information about a huge range of other local services

Meet other people and make friends
Children's Centres were set up by the Government. There are about 3,000 around the country and more are being opened.
