Sensory Room
The Children's Centre is privileged to have use of their own sensory room. The room was created after receving funding from the Youth Opportunities Fund which was applied for by our teenage drop in group.
The room provides sensory stimulation in the form of a vibro-acoustic bed which allows music and vibrations to be flet by children with limited mobility. In addition, there are various sound and music activites, a colour changing bubble tube and night sky projector which provide interactive opportunities for all children.
Our Sensory Room is available for use by all of our service users and is open for public use by appointment only.
